Ark's primary responsiblities are to provide

professional brokerage services for clients

who wish to buy, sell or lease commercial

and investment properties.

Ark has 23 years of healthcare administration experience, of which 20 years he specialized in medical and dental group management.  During that same period of time, Ark was involved in physician and dental recruitment, acquiring medical and dental clinics and construction of clinics.

Ark developed a strong background in financial analysis and budget, medical practice credentialing and certification. 

In January 2004, Ark began his real estate sales career by joining Kilian & Co. Realty and later that same year joined Keller Williams Integrity Realty.  In April 2007, Ark obtained his real estate broker's license.  Experienced in residential real estate, Ark focused his interest on investment real estate along with small commercial.

Ark joined Grubb & Ellis Pfefferle as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in July of 2008.  This move has allowed Ark to combine his health care administration background with his real estate profession.
