Arlene began her career in real estate in 1996 as a self-employed broker.  She joined Grubb & Ellis | Pfefferle in 2010.   Prior to her real estate career, she was employed by Schneider International Inc., where she served in different capacities, including being accepted into the Management Advancement Program where she was the service team leader.

Arlene works together with her husband, Mark, as a team to provide exceptional service to clients that are buying and/or selling commercial or investment property.
