Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Pfefferle, Tom was the President, Owner and Broker of Martin Development, where he developed over $25 million in commercial real estate. Tom owned and managed over $20 million in comercial properties, compiled research and conducted site development. 

From 1994 - 1996, he was Senior Market Research Coordinator for Kohler Company.  Tom was also previously employed at Cushman & Wakefield of California as Commercial and Industrial Market Research Supervisor.
